Buyer reviewYou save up and prepare all your life to get to one of life's huge milestone, purchasing a house... purchasing a home. I soon found out I had no idea what I was doing. Enter Laura in her superhero outfit to save the day. Laura was the perfect agent making my dream of home purchasing a reality. Laura helped me sort through the behemoth of paperwork and cut through some of the real estate jargons, and made it simple to understand. Everything was organized. She was most flexible and accommodating to my work schedule and she was available via all channels which was important. Real estate agent, psychologist, friend, advisor, she wore many different hats in guiding me through all the anxiety to the escrow finishing line. Laura Zinniger is the absolute best!

Buyer reviewLaura Zinniger knew exactly how the numbers worked and explained to us in a clear concise manner. This made it easier to worry about other items such as lenders, and inspectors. She really knew the entire process and was able to see things down the road that helped us avoid them so as to not fall out of escrow. When Laura says she is "right there with you...", she really is. We were able to reach her at any time of day or night to ask questions and find out what the situation was. When we needed stuff ASAP(NOW) she was able to figure a way to oblige. Anyone can suggest their agent is "great!", and "wonderful to work with", but Laura put her money where mouth was and actually did it. I cannot stress enough as to how difficult this first home buying process is and how you do need a good solid agent to make sure you don't fall into any delays, issues, or losses! Thank you Laura. Our official real estate genie!

Buyer reviewWe were referred to Laura and did not know we need to get a broker. She put us in contact with our broker. The broker immediately made me feel optimistic and knowledgeable about my choices. Plus the two together were a power team! They worked well together to garner us the best deal and keep us informed. These bullets don't do justice to how amazing Laura is. She knew the area, the real estate business, how to navigate people within the industry, what we should do next, what we shouldn't do next, and so much more. Laura has gone being our realtor to our friend. Since this was our first home buying, my husband and I had lot of questions. She was available-day and night-for all our questions. She honest, sweet, and got back to us right away. Honestly, I cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else. Marilyn was great! She was available to answer all our questions and she was so sweet and supportive. Again, I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else.

She alway keeps in contact with you about every detail so there will be no surprises. She allows you all the space you need to make your decisions but one should ask for her input because she is a genius when it come to any real estate or property issue.
