I have been a Realtor for 30 years in the greater Sacramento region; my service area includes all of Sacramento County. I love working with both Buyers and Sellers, and specialize in Relocation, especially Military Families. Service to those who have served is close to my heart, and I have many Family Members who have served in the Air Force, including my Grandfather who served in the Royal British Air Force! I understand the challenges of Military Relocation. In my free time I enjoy Yoga and cooking. I have held the title of an Outstanding Life Member of Sacramento Masters Club for over 20 years. I believe in quality over quantity especially when working with clients, giving my complete attention to every transaction.

Seller reviewLaurel was the selling agent for this house with me in 1992, now she sold it for me. Laurel also found us another house which we purchased using her as our agent. Laurel has earned our respect in all these transactions, and if we ever buy/sell another, Laurel will get the call. She is easy to get along with and is on top of things from her end, a pleasure to do business with. Laurel was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She worked hard and got it done quickly, even in the difficult Covid-19 environment.

Seller reviewVery professional telephone interview: Excellent performance history, knowledgeable, well-spoken, confident but not overly aggressive or self-promoting. Her policy to NOT represent both buyer and seller in the same transaction was a plus, as was her emphasis on client service. Top marks in every regard. Simply the best in representing our family's interest in the marketing and sale of this uniquely challenging property. I should say that Laurel did an excellent job of arranging/coordinating with other agents as needed to ensure interested buyers/showings were taken care in a timely manner when scheduling conflicts arose. Which, by extension, is a positive statement about the support she received from others in the office, as well as the working relationship she has nurtured with them. Laurel's patience, understanding, communication skills, knowledge base, and client service were superior in every way-a consummate professional from start to finish. Her willingness and ability to work with a long-term upstairs tenant in order to successfully market/sell the total property was truly exceptional.

Seller reviewLaurel Davies is an excellent communicator and planned an effective sales strategy under difficult circumstances. I was in Europe, and this was done during the early stages of the pandemic. She obtained a cash buyer in less than a week, and the transactions closed without any complications or difficulty. She was always available despite the time difference, and she coordinated the entire process without any problem. There is simply no way this could have been done better. I will definitely use her again, and will recommend her very highly.

Seller reviewLaurel Davies helped my from day one. She was referred to me from a friend in Fresno who also worked for Century 21. We would communicated on a Dailey basis. She's the best! Not one negative thing I can say about Laurel. Laurel would handle everything and always considered price of repair and who she hired. Such a conscience person. I loved dealing with Laurel. I think I've got a friend for life!
