To start off, Lauren was an amazing asset in the our sale of our home! We were recommended to Lauren through a family friend, and we could not be happier with our choice to use her as our agent. We were in constant communication for the entirety of the deal, and she kept us informed of even the smallest changes. We accepted an offer within 48 hours of house being on the market, and Lauren was open and honest about the clarity and stipulations behind each offer. Lauren was able to use her vast knowledge of the industry along with the area of our home to get us an ABOVE asking price offer! In such a fast paced current market, we were so glad to have an agent who was willing to take the time to thoroughly explain each and every step of the process. Although we ran into a few set backs with the buyer's lending company, Lauren continued to advocate for us and we were able to close within the original timeline! We will definitely be returning to Lauren for the purchase of our next home!
