Seller reviewLarry has given me real estate advice many times in the past and I have learned to appreciate, respect and depend on the knowledge and experience he has gained over the past 48 years. I know I can depend on the advice he gives me as accurate and legally correct. Not only did he do an outstanding job selling my condo but he has been a treasure chest of advice and information on the purchase of the house I am moving into. This is an extremely complicated home purchase as I am buying the home back from my ex wife and there are numerous legal complications involved in the purchase. Larry has acted as the quarterback in pulling together the financing aspect, the title work, working through the legal issues and complications and keeping the buyer (me) and seller (my ex wife) focused on getting across the goal line. I feel Larry is one of only a handful of agents in the entire country who has the experience, knowledge and ability to make this happen. When I have questions or issues he is only a phone call away. If there is a real estate Hall Of Fame Larry is a guaranteed first ballot entry.
