Call Leah on Christmas Eve. Expected to leave a message and hear back after the holiday. She answered the phone, all questions and showed me the property. Did not expect this and was very impressed. Leah was able to answer all questions I had about the property and ultimately lead to a sell. My wife and I bought the house a flip property and asked Leah if she would also represent us when we sell it. We were very impressed with her professional and personal touch.

Leah was beyond amazing! Never once did we feel pressured into anything and she answered all of our questions quickly. We were lucky to have her by our side during the biggest purchase of our life! With our crazy work schedules she made time for us at all hours of the day. If we would've had a realtor that only worked normal business hours, we would've been in big trouble! Can't thank her enough for her flexibility with our schedules. One of the big things we would like to point out is her trustworthiness. We asked her many questions along the way and if there was ever something she was unsure of, she was upfront about it and instantly found out the correct answer for us. This to us is huge and says a lot about a persons character. Thank you Leah! There were many times when we looked out houses we had to bring along our 1.5 year old son. Leah was more than accommodating to this and helped entertain him as we were searching for our dream home! Simply put, shes amazing! If we are ever in the market for another home, there's no doubt we would be working with Leah again!

First of all, buying a home is a scary but an exciting time. When I first moved to Moberly, I wad married at the time and my husband did all the looking and paperwork.
