    We had a very good experience working with Lee Lott. I had previously contacted another agency and they did not even return my call. I went through Zillow the next day and Lee Lott from Century 21 called me back within 5 minutes, and this was on a Sunday. We viewed 7 properties the next day. I live 8 hours away and Lee handled everything else by phone and email. We had not purchased a home in 40 years and being from out of town she was able to guide us thru every step from making an offer to going to the closing with us on our beach vacation home. I would highly recommend Lee Lott with the Harrelson Group as your realtor and your next best friend in South Carolina!

    Lee contacted us immediately after showing our interest on a 3rd party site on a house. The first thing she did was find exactly what we were looking for. She quickly showed us the house and her expertise showed when she spotted serious issues with the unit. Lee already had other properties to look at in a market where the units were going fast. Her knowledge of the area and negotiation skills are top notch. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in this area.

    Lee was fantastic and I will highly recommend her in the future. She is more concerned with finding you the right home than making a sale and collecting a commission. She truly cares about her clients and is the best real estate agent I have ever had the privilege to work with.

    Lee was responsive and immediately interested in my housing needs and desires. She was available when I needed her to be and was punctual and cared about my time. Lee knew what I was looking for a didn't waste my time looking at properties that would not work. When I identified the property I was interested in she made it happen and was head and shoulders better than any other agent I've dealt with. She was awesome and I will use her services again in the future.

    Lee reached out to us and spent a couple of hours via a phone call to learn about our needs and what we were looking for. That evening we received a listing of homes that met our requirements and we took our time to review each one. Lee checked back in with us and communicated that one, if not both of us, or a family representative should meet her and go through each condo that we were interested in visiting. Next, I communicated with Lee that Zi had a flight and that we had between 10:AM and 3:PM to look at these properties. Lee took care of the rest. I was sooooo glad that I came to SC to physically see the properties. I thanked her for the recommendation. We had some questions about a couple of the properties and Lee found the answers and got back to us promptly each time. When the offer we finally made did not allow the seller/buyer to come to an agreement...Lee plugged away again for us. Ultimately two weeks later we were able to come to an agreement of terms of the sale and we closed promptly. Lee was there for the inspection for we live 10 hours away. We felt comfortable enough to have her represent us. We had to sign an addendum that went from all contents included with the exception of one cabinet filled with personal items to then include and other personal items. Upon arrival at inspection we found that the cabinets with silverware, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, lamps, etc. had been taken. Needless to say we were disappointed and Lee gave us a giftcard to use to pick up some things valuing 100 dollars. Overall, it was a positive experience with Lee and I would recommend her services to others. Question: Is it common practice to give the realtor a copy of our bank statement to show that we had the down payment available? This did happen and I felt unsettled providing that.
