Buyer reviewFirst made contact with Lee during a search. She replied immediately and offered other choices. With her experience it was as though she knew what I was thinking. Being impressed I found my realtor. I sold my home and needed time to unwind. I told Lee I would get back to her in early spring. I looked at houses as well as condos. She set up showings at anytime. Very much appreciated her flexibility. I found a condo I wanted and with her experience and honesty my offer was accepted. She recommended an inspector for termites. I was blown away with her knowledge of water heaters, HVAC and electrical. Lee is a decent hard working honest and sincere realtor. I would not only deal with her again but would recommend her.

Seller reviewLee Lott was the agent for the home we sold In May. Lee was incredibly helpful, transparent, and a great communicator throughout the entire process of listing and closing on our home. Lee was wonderful to work with and so easy to relate to. She told us that is was her job to fairly price our home and to negotiate on our behalf to see that we got the best buyer for our property. She certainly did! Our home sold within a few days for the asking price. Lee negotiated as needed and we are very, very happy with the sale. I would highly recommend Lee as an age whether you are a buyer or a seller!
