Lety was a great agent, she hold our hands through out the process. She explained every single thing we didn't understand and she was available for us 24/7. Also, we bought our house out of town two hours away to be exact and that didn't stop her from being there for us on every single step of the purchase. She's a great agent and has a great loan officer that she works with.

Lety helped us get appointments to view homes fast in this tough market and we found the home of our immediate wants. We got every penny worth of our dollar with our 1acre 2000 sq ft home in Lakeside. She helped us through the whole process and follow through even after we close. the previous HO would not remove his trailer from our property and her boss told her it was our responsibility to take of it since we had closed, but Lety help us insist and pressure them to get it out. Thanks again Lety. This was two years ago and she still keeps in touch.

It was a great pleasure to work with Leticia. She was recommended by a family member to help my Ex-husband and I in a very unfortunate even that happened. Due to some personal reasons, we had to sell out home which was vacant for over a year. We were at a point in our life we were letting out house get foreclosed. Once we contacted her, she explained the reasons on why we should at the very least do a short sale. No earnings, or not getting anything in return but our credit. She was very understanding of our situation and worked very patiently with us. She did everything she could to make sure our home got sold in a timely manner. Not to mention the amount of work she had to do with the multiple loans we had when we bought the place, being first time buyers. She explained everything step by step, and kept in contact with us, even when she wouldn't hear anything back from banks. She made sure we were aware of everything that was going on and delivered everything in a timely manner. I know it must have been difficult seeing how she had MULTIPLE people she had to keep in contact, my ex-husband and I included, but she did it very effortlessly. She worked very hard and in the end of the whole process, I couldn't be any happier with the outcome of it all. She worked with our situation and although it was hard, it was done.
