I'm a realtor with rich international background: I have been to twenty countries and speak four languages. After eighteen years of living abroad and being affiliated with the United Nations, I settled down in Westchester. My first real estate experience was twenty five years ago when my husband and I were among the first expatriates in Thailand who were allowed to buy property there. I had to be my own attorney, mortgage broker, and realtor. Since then, I have gained more knowledge and built experience, working as a full-time realtor at Century 21. I'm a Quality Award recipient with 95% satisfaction response from my clients. My strong interpersonal skills, eye for detail, and quick problem solving abilities help in moving the deal toward the closing. It is important for me to keep on top of all the changes and innovations in the real estate business. I am proficient at using computers, social media platforms, and run my own website. I'm a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a published author.
