Buyer reviewMoving from WA state, we were punting in the dark. My daughter called a 3rd party web site. Based on her description of our needs, they connected us with Lila. Lila stuck with us for a long time, We were connected with her Sept 2019 (when just visiting the area), and did not make the official move and purchase until fall 2020. She remained in occasional contact with us, without badgering us. But was there for us at every turn. We could not be more satisfied with her as our realtor. I felt like she was not going to steer us wrong. If she was hesitant about anything, she gently stated so, while still allowing us to think for ourselves. Which we were most grateful for as we were not familiar with the FL area. Having just sold our home in WA state, the experience was much different and not necessarily a pleasant one regarding the WA realtor. Lila gave us home in the realtor business again. She is a gem.
