Lilyan was very patient in encouraging me and working at a pace I determined best for me. She relayed the importance of timing the listing for the best results. She skillfully knew how to stage, using my "left overs" and her lovely art, furniture etc. Lilyan also knows the BEST contractors. Her recommendations are truly good, honest, hard working people. She has built up her list of reliable vendors over a long time of professional services. It all worked beautifully! Lilyan's partner, Mary Bartels, is a super person. Her many years of experience was clearly evident and valued. We worked very well together and I am very pleased I met her.

Lilyan came to our home fully prepared to inspect it and to make suggestions that she felt were necessary to get the best price. She made us feel that we had a valuable property. After presenting comparable sin the area, she suggested a price, which was lower that what we had hoped for and in the end she was right. We listed for slightly higher and consequently it took longer to sell and required two price reductions. Lilyan arranged for an excellent photographer/ video maker for the online advertising and the brochure! It was an excellent decision. Staging was an extra bonus that put some well- chosen extra in our home to make it more polished and fun. She respected our decision not to have any open houses, except for the brokers open house. I learned how important that open house was because it provided professional feedback and exposure to the very people who will be showing your home to buyers. She kept in close contact with us, letting us know what sold in our market, new listing and prompt feedback from buyers who had visited our home. Further, she proved her knowledge of the market, the laws, and the negotiation and settlement process. She protected our interest when the buyers were asking for things to which they were not entitled. I never worried or hesitated for a minute in taking her advice and trusting her with the sale of our home. I do not plan to ever move again but if I were, I would want her as my agent for a third time. Lilyan not only sold our second home, she also sold our first one! I would recommend her without hesitation!

Lilyan's a true professional. Plus, her calm demeanor really helped during some of the more frustrating steps in the sales process. She knew when to back off, but never let me forget or stray from the end goal.
