I have bought and sold over 75 properties in my lifetime and Lina was one of the most professional, responsive brokers I've ever dealt with.

I was referred to Nicolina Emory by Rocket Mortgage - she was listed as one of their preferred realtors in the area. I didn't end up going with Rocket Mortgage, but stuck with Lina because she impressed me from the start with her local knowledge (and explaining why she had the knowledge) and her very personable nature. I was purchasing a home from out of state so relied on my realtor even more than in a traditional home purchase situation. In addition, I was working with a builder. At every step, Lina was my advocate - going above and beyond in every aspect of the process. This includes reminders to me about what I needed to ask the builder, when things needed to happen, etc. Her local contacts were invaluable in ensuring that the punch list items from the inspection and walk through were decided in my favor. I honestly can't say enough. It was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. Right from the beginning she surpassed the other realtors I had been interviewing. They provided the very basic, bottom-level service - sent me the MLS, drove me around to look at communities (but didn't know anything about them). She went above and beyond, recommending local vendors for additional services post-closing such as flooring, appliances, landscaping, etc. I've already referred her to other family members who are considering moving to New Bern, and family/friends who are already living there.

Lina helped me find my first home, she was very kind and was always on time with everything. I highly recommend her!
