Whether you are looking for the perfect home or looking for the best buyer of your existing home, I am here to help you transition into the next phase of your life.I grew up in East Tennessee, but lived in New England for 14 years. Having been back in Tennessee for nearly 30 years, I am proud to call this home. I have years of experience in management and began my real estate journey in 2003. I received my Associate Brokers license in real estate from the Tennessee Real Estate Comprehensive Sales School and returned in 2008 for my Brokers license. Additionally, I strive to continually educate myself with the ever changing trends in real estate to best advise you in all of your real estate decisions.I gladly serve clients in Blount, Knox, Sevier, Loudon, Monroe, Jefferson County, and other surrounding areas. I specialize in first time homebuyers, recent retirees, and have enjoyed working with many military families. I am also a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, the Knoxville Multiple Listing Service, the Great Smoky Mountain Association of REALTORS, and The National Association of REALTORS. Linda was recommended by a relative and we are so happy we went with her. She was very accommodating in the search and over the top with the actual sale. The sellers were "for sale by owner" and a bit difficult to deal with. Linda was professional, courteous to all parties and so very helpful with all of the details. We had planned to move to North Carolina in the beginning and the couple of Realtors we dealt with there we not at all interested in our actual needs. Linda is amazing! She is professional and at the same time personable. It truly shows that she loves her profession and takes pride in doing things the right way. She is honest, depenable and an all-around great person. She will actually help you get the home you want regardless of the price. She will go through the inspection with you to be sure you understand everything. And at showings she will be the first to point out things that most of us miss like potential water damage, trees with problems, uneven flooring and the list goes on. She strives to get you the home that is for you. Linda is on your side, she wants you to be happy with your very large purchase.
I think I have already said it all. Linda is an awesome agent. I will absolutely recommend her! She is patient and kind and will explain anything you need explaining. She is also great "people reader" and doesn't over explain. As I mentioned in a previous comment the sellers were difficult to deal with and she was such a pro with handling the many obstacles. All in a days work to her.
I would also like to thank the staff and Patty for taking over when Linda was out sick for a bit. I had a car shipped that got there before we did which they received for me and kept in their parking lot until we arrived. And thank you Patty for keeping the ball rolling while Linda was out. She was physically out for a bit, but still there! Thank you all for a smooth closing!

Definitely a pleasure working with Linda. She is very knowledgeable, honest and fair in her observations and recommendations. It was very cold and there was 6 inches of snow on the ground the day we came to visit the property. We were coming from out of town and our dates to visit were not flexible. Linda met us there, cold weather gear and all, to make sure we had all of the pertinent information and ask if we had any questions. Throughout the remainder of the sales contract process, Linda was readily available to answer or forward questions to the listing agent. We received very professional services and would be delighted to work with Linda again.

Linda was helpful, HONEST, and earnest in helping me find a home where I would be happy instead of only being interested in making a commission. She will be an asset to any company she works for in addition to being there for her clients. She is a team player not only inside her agency, but works well with agents from other companies. I felt confident in making offers on homes because Linda was able to inform me on matters relating to the purchase of a home in addition to helping me view the home in a way that allowed me to decide if this home was a good match for me. Linda answered ALL of my questions and if she did not know the answer she tracked down the answer. Many realtors twist their words when they do not know an answer and give you information that is not accurate. Linda never gives false answers or pretends to have knowledge on a subject that she has no experience with in that area. She is RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and a PLEASURE. I will always go to Linda for any real estate needs I have in the future, and will also send friends and family to her!!!
Patient, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Trustworthy, Approachable, and Professional are her most valuable strengths to me personally. She has all of the above listed attributes, but some things I view as more important. Most people would find that she meets their needs as a broker. In today's world meeting the needs of Most people is a highly significant success rate. I have dealt with many realtors in my life both on a professional basis and in my personal life (I was a realtor for a few years and married to a realtor for way too many years). As a person that has known many realtors I can say with confidence that Linda is not only the best, but is also the only realtor I will recommend to others without hesitation.
Recently I dealt with two other brokers in Blount County and your company has them beat by a mile. Your office has a comfortable atmosphere and employees are not stiff like they are at other companies. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.
