Seller reviewLinda Dort is an intelligent, extremely experienced real estate agent who offers excellent advice. She is hands-on. It's hard to imagine that any other local agent knows the market in which she primarily operates better than she does. Moreover, she knows her market-knowledge limitations, and doesn't venture too far afield where she might, through lack of understanding of local peculiarities, inadvertently offer less than optimal recommendations. She is very judicious in this regard, as well as in general. We wouldn't use anyone else to handle our sale or purchase. Linda sold our house in one day. Ads were unnecessary.

Seller reviewLinda was just amazing! It took a little time to get everything ready to put on the market but she was very patient and kind. Once it went on the market, I was expecting probably about 6-8 weeks to sell but never would have thought it would be sold in 5 days. That part was good but trying then to get everything planned and organized was a little hectic on our part.
