She exhibited extreme patience and compassion, but kept me on track with what needed to be done. Her professionalism, experience and communication skills were exactly what I needed in this situation. She provided practical advice during both the preparation for sale and negotiating phases, and also proved to be an excellent negotiator, exceeding my expectations on sale price.
