My husband and I had never sold a home before and Linda made it so easy! Linda was on top of everything in regards to the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She stayed in close contact with us the entire time, suggested when we should consider a drop in price based on surrounding statistics. She was well educated on the documents to bring and share how she arrived at the selling price and what was going on around our neighborhood.
