Seller reviewI had one open house and Linda Hamik had two offers immediately! I was using another agent and getting NO personalized service. I was more frustrated than I can express. My close friend recommended Linda Hamik and what a blessing! Linda Hamik is an amazing agent! I knew exactly what was going on and when things were happening as in specific dates. I work full time with a commute and that piece was SO critical to me. Anytime I had a question Linda always got back to me in a timely manner. Linda Hamik not only knows the world of real estate but is high on customer service. Linda asked me what I wanted in a house and then filtered through the list of houses for sale that matched my criteria. Amazing !!!! I really couldn't ask for a better realtor, linda met all my expectations and then went beyond.
