Not being from the area, we had full confidence and trust in her. She remained available to us regardless of the time of day which was important. I would highly recommend Linda Holt! Seller reviewLinda was amazing. We were going to dump the property for what I owed on it; about 87,000. Linda had sold us the property originally and knew the remodeling that I did. She walked thru with me and geve me critical advice regarding what needed to be done and told me if I did these things that I would sell it for $130,000. It turned out that I did the repairs, when people walked thru their first response was WOW!.. When the buyer initially walked in she Exclaimed, " Oh my goodness, this is my house!" She ultimately made an offer of ...wait for it... $130,000. Linda shepherded the sale like the professional she is and we sold 3 days before Christmas. Truly Amazing work by Linda...
