Linda had shown me this house 2 years ago. I could not have been able to do this from California with anyone else. She knew why I loved this house and I trusted her honesty with the questions I had comparing my memory to its current condition. This is the first time in my life I have ever bought a house, and as frightened as I felt at times, Linda's encouragement and understanding got me past moments when I thought I might throw in the towel. I am so grateful to have walked through this with her. if there were scores above excellent I'd have checked those. Don't ever lose her !!!
