Linda Moffett was extremely knowledgeable on the different options in the area, especially including schools which is important to us as we have small children. She patiently walked us through the process of buying our first home, as we were pretty clueless. She was very thorough, and absolutely bent over backwards to make every sure everything was perfect. It was a great experience to work with Linda. She was very reachable, even on weekends. If she didn't know the answer on a specific property, she would hunt it down immediately. She knows lots of great references, such as contractors, gave us all the information for energy, water, and other utility companies. She was all-around fantastic and made the homebuying experience wonderful. Linda really went to bat for us when it came to negotiating the price and asking for repairs after the inspection. She knew intuitively what is important to ask for, and was able to guide us to get the best deal and the safest house. She also was able to explain all about the inspection and appraisal process, and was able to reassure us through our 1st-timer nerves! We highly recommend Linda Moffett to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Linda was wonderful from start to finish! She was incredibly thorough and helpful in addressing all our questions and guiding us through the buying and selling process!

We were purchasing 2 different lots around the same time with Linda's help. Even though both properties were cash sales and normally would close in a few days, they each had challenges that stretched them out to over a month. The first lot was an estate sale through an attorney with a group having to make decisions, plus a listing error from the other broker caused a problem solved by a survey and reduction in price. The second lot was tied to a house through a mortgage, so the house had to be sold first to clear the lot from the mortgage to be sold separately, plus the owner moved away and was very slow at responding. Linda was patient and dealt with these issues very well.
