She was very patient with us and didn't hold back in describing the advantages and disadvantages in purchasing the various homes that we viewed prior to agreeing on the one we purchased. She was always approachable and responded to our questions or concerns quickly. We didn't get the feeling that she was overwhelmed and couldn't tell that she had other clients with the amount of patience and attention we consistently received. Also, Linda's experience truly came through during the contract and closing phase of the process. She was aggressive in communicating our needs and ensuring that we would benefit from the purchase as much as possible. It was certainly an easier, less stressful process compared to the stories I've heard from friends and family dealing with other realtors.
