Linda is attentive to detail. She noticed a square footage error on a listing (now my purchased) home. She contacted the seller's agent and informed them that my offer would be based on the correct square footage. This attention to detail eliminated the need to renegotiate the price. The seller accepted my first offer. These facts are the reasons why I would recommend Linda for anyone buying a home.
