Buyer reviewWe called Linda right after seeing the property in Waterboro. Even though late, Linda quickly wrote up the offer and then handled all paperwork as is came up. She was with us for follow up visits and inspections. Linda also helped us with logistics for our moving and with my recovering, Linda helped both myself and my wife by answering questions or chasing down answers where we needed them. She also arraigned the closing so it was convenient for us. Linda is a pleasure to work with and she works for you, her client. And she also makes you feel that her helping you is important to Linda. She did a great job and if we were selling or purchasing, we would call her.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I after working with a couple other Agencies were getting overwhelmed and considering backing out of finding a home because the folks we were dealing with at the time. It seemed other Agencies and brokers were not making themselves available and didn't seem very knowledgeable in what we were looking for. Our situation was extremely difficult having to sell a mobile home in a park in Portsmouth where the owner and the manager of the park were extremely difficult to deal with. After finding Linda Pratt and Newson Associates she kept us on an even temperament and worked diligently to a great conclusion. If the need arises I would definitely find Linda where ever she may be working, and definitely recommend her and Newson Associates to anyone we know looking to purchase in our area.

Buyer reviewLinda was wonderful, and we were both grateful that we wound up with her. She helped us during every step of our cross-country move to Maine. With her help, we found a temporary place while we looked for a home. She met us during the worst of winter, to show us properties. She answered every concern we had promptly and efficiently. She even made us feel welcome on Christmas day when she unexpectedly delivered us some homemade delicacies to try. In every regard, Linda was wonderful.
