This is the first time I am dealing with Mrs.Linda, but after I deal with her about this transaction I feel we know each for a long time. Actually my daughter Sarah Geevarughese going to VCOM medical college next 4 years and we were looking this property and It was in the market until March 07th, 2021. When I visited this community for a brand new townhouse, I saw this property and another realtor was with us, but she said this one sold already. Me and my daughter visited 2 more developments and we decided to sign for one in Boiling Point. But on March 10th we were so desperate and decided to rent one, then around 3:00 PM, this property came to the market 3 hours before and called the agent, I was on the line for 45 minutes to get an agent. Luckily Linda called me around 5:45 PM, first she apologized to for delay of calling me back and I asked her if you and owner available I will come and see this property. But she said it is very late and she promised next day I am going to be the first person to see the property and we came before 11:00 o'clock. when she came introduce herself very friendly and professionaly handle each steps. It was was an amazing experience in our life to make this transaction very miraculously and professionally manner. All this one happen because of Linda's timely action her friendly dealing with costumers. In future I will refer her all my friends and relatives. Thanks for you time again.

My family moved up to the Spartanburg area from Atlanta Georgia, and because of that we didn't know anything about the town. To make matters even more complicated I had moved up ahead of my family for work so a lot of the looking process had to be done on either specific days when my wife and child could join us, or in the late afternoon after work. Linda not only rose to the challenge but absolutely shined during the entire experience. She always answered my texts and phone calls or got back to me within 10 minutes on the few times I had to leave a message. When it came time to buy she was very much in our corner fighting to get us the best price she could, following up with the lender, and the sellers agent. She was the one who made sure the work we requested on the house prior to purchase got done, she was the one who kept me sane during entire ordeal, and when a mess up on the Seller's end delayed our closing by almost a month she was the one who negotiated my family being able to move in anyway and live in the house RENT FREE for that time period. I cannot sing Linda's praises enough, and will happily recommend her to anyone who is thinking about moving to the Spartanburg/Upstate area.

Linda was the best to work with. Her professionalism as well as her responsiveness and aggressive sales approach were a testament to her dedication to the sale of your home. It is hard to find realtors like Linda. They don't make them like they use to.
