Buyer reviewphenomenal agent, always kept me informed, knew her job inside and out and how to get the sale done. she was sick and called me from the doctors office to update me on an item that had been forwarded to her. would send my family and friends to century 21 showcase I retired from the military in Indiana and wanted to move back to the west so i needed to buy my house while not in the state. Linda made my home buying and move to Klamath Falls as easy as a move across town. It takes an dedicated and experienced agent to make this happen so seamless.

Seller reviewI was in Klamath Falls on personal business and was in need of some local advice on the home market, I saw Century 21 while driving and pulled in. Linda Speers was easily approachable and went out of her way to answer all my questions. Two months later I found myself in position to market the home I had questions about, and went directly to Linda. I was traveling for business and personal business between 3 time zones and I was in a difficult spot. Linda kept in contact keeping me abreast of every nuance, from price and marketing through the inspections and repairs process. She went above and beyond helping with cleaning personnel and local contractors. I found Linda to be a real lucky find for me, and I think anyone else would feel the same.
