Linda Stone of CENTURY 21 American Heritage

So, here's the deal with Linda Stone; she is really great. Before going with Linda I read other reviews about her. I found one that was from a coworker. He gave her a glowing review, it was almost over the top. So I hunted him down and asked if she was really that great. He said she was, so we moved forward with her. We did not regret it. She was great. She always answered our questions in a timely manner and she was always available to show us the houses on our never-ending list. She pretty much became part of our family. After we had worked with Linda, I referred my parents to her and they also worked with her to find a house. They also just loved working with Linda. I think it is safe to say that Linda was a great realtor and has also become a friend of the family. We would not hesitate to work with her again, and we hope she stops by for coffee from time to time.

Linda was professional yet very kind & friendly. She was not pushy! She let us consider the houses we were interested in viewing. When we wanted to see a property she was quick to schedule viewings. She was quick to respond to our questions and handled what needed to be handled with our loan company with ease. She made buying our house an easy and enjoyable process. She was able to get us in the house we wanted within a short timeline. As we were located in a different state, we relied on Linda to take care of us. She made our transition so easy. So very thankful for Linda!

Linda Stone helped me get through the process when I bought this house. She was amazing in every regard. I utilized a veteran's mortgage lending company. Mrs. Stone was recommended by Veteran's United; and they related they screen all agents recommended and they have to meet certain criteria. That gave me a certain reassurance, but Mrs. Stone blew that away and far exceeded any standard I came into this process with. Mrs. Stone assisted me numerous times with viewing the home, understanding the inspection, negotiating the reduction of price. She knew local companies to request the survey, inspection, or other things through. Never giving just one company but 2-3 and allowing me to make the decision who to use. Every company or person I contacted through the recommendation of Mrs. Stone was incredible, professional, and prompt. Her recommendation was spot on every time and just continued to build my trust and confidence in her abilities and judgement. It is hard to accurately describe just how wonderful Linda is. I moved to Georgia from Germany after a lifetime in the Army. Linda is the definition of a "southern belle", refined, polite, educated, a beautiful woman, and full of personality. Her ability to keep me and my wife calm during the entire process was excellent. Her knowledge of the real estate profession; local housing and trends, mortgage companies, and closing processes is unparalleled by any other real estate professional. My overall experience with Linda Stone was the best home buying experience I have had over five home purchases, and two of the prior agents being close friends of mine. I bought this home, sight unseen, from Germany. Linda was excellent the entire time, FaceTime, and pictures and videos to show me and my family homes. She placed the needs of my wife and four children into every decision or recommendation she gave me. I view Linda as the sweetest and most endearing woman. She has a presence and a feeling about her that makes you want to hug her like your own mother. I wholeheartedly provide my highest recommendation to Linda. I would gladly provide personal number or email and give direct recommendation to a potential home buyer to endorse Linda. Linda Stone was as concerned with the sale of my house as I was. She answered text and calls quickly and was there to help with all my questions. This was the first time I had sold a property and was very nervous. Linda directed and explained the process in my terms. She was friendly and efficient.
