Buyer reviewLinda was referred to us by a friend. She asked all the right questions, made critical suggestions, and proved to be extremely helpful and supportive in getting the deal done. Afterwards she continued to help us get settled in. She is a wonderful person. Oddly enough, the sale of our house in Cancun, Mexico was brokered by a Century 21 Brokerage in Cancun. Pleasantly surprised by the data management in place at J. W Morton in terms of electronic signing and transmissions. Everything was so easy. By contrast, now two months after the sale of our Mexican house, we are still waiting for the closing documents. Our Florida documents were given to us inside of a week. She has to be one of J.W. Moron's most valuable assets. Top to bottom, an excellent experience. Through the turnover of five houses in two countries I've never encountered anyone like Linda and I've never encountered a brokerage as efficient and pleasant to deal with as J.W. Morton. Kudos also to the title company Compass Title, who also proved to be very helpful and efficient.

She did a great job and was far, far more knowledgeable about the property than had I used another agent to handle matters for me. Everything went smoothly and Ms. Thomas did a great job keeping me informed on status of closing. I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Thomas to friends, relatives or anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Ms. Thomas' performance was superb in all areas. Century 21 is lucky to have her representing them. Everything went smoothly. All parties conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. It was a great experience.
