Linda Williams of CENTURY 21 New Millennium

Linda Williams is simply the best of the best. She went above and beyond for me and my family. We were moving to Fredericksburg from Virginia Beach which is about four hours difference and we were not familiar with the area at all. My husband was living in a different state at the time, I was working full time and taking care of our two toddlers. Linda helped me to find houses, make the most of the little time I did have to look at houses and keep both my husband and I up to date on everything that was happening. She guided us to the right areas for us and our needs as well as providing her expertise in making offers in a difficult market. She stood by us with every offer we made and finally on the fifth one we had success. She helped us navigate the contract and we were able to close on our house from afar. Linda did our final walk-through, accepted our keys and held on to everything until our return. We closed on our house but would not be to the area for another 6 weeks and Linda came by every week to check on the house for us. We were so lucky she did as on one visit she noticed a gas smell and it turned out to be a small gas leak. If not for Linda who knows what could have happened. We were referred to Linda by a friend and he was absolutely right, she is the greatest to work with and has your best interests in mind. I would refer Linda to anyone moving in or out of this area, you would not find anyone better.

Linda is by far the most dedicated agent we have ever had. She works tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition of ownership and is communicative during the entire process. Linda is extremely professional and patient with her clients and shows her vast knowledge of real estate during the entire process. My husband and I have bought many homes over the years and this purchase was especially difficult from a logistics and emotional standpoint. Linda was available 24/7 and worked so very hard for our family. We are forever grateful to her and her work ethic. ?
