I contacted several local (Holly Lake) realtors to interview them regarding the sale of our home that had been our mother and father's. Lindsay Wilson was the first to respond to my call! Lindsay Listened to me and addressed all my questions and requests. I was very impressed by her knowledge, her caring attitude and plan to market our home in multiple areas for the best results. . She kept us informed biweekly showing how many were looking at our property and from which areas. The buyer was from DFW area. She is Extremely professional, Caring and helpful with her suggestions to stage our home to show it's best features. She took professional photographs of the interior and exterior. We know that's why it sold so quickly! What can I say about Lindsay.. she is Outstanding, goes Beyond what is expected, Wonderful and Amazing. On a scale of 1-10 she is a 10+Excellent. Her negotiation skills were exceptional! We recommended Lindsay to a friend (living out of town) who needed to sell her parent's home at Holly Lake. She too, is very pleased how Lindsay takes the 'stress' out selling a parents home. I can't emphasize enough how Lindsay Cares about her clients and works make the process go smoothly. She worked with my work schedule for closing. And we were able to close a few days early. I didn't have to be concerned about anything because I knew Lindsay was 'On Top of It'!
