Lindsay Jones from Century 21 was recommended to us by a relative who knew she was "dedicated to her job". That referral sounded good to us so we met/talked with Lindsay. We liked her right away as she is very personable, friendly and professional. As we moved forward on our home buying journey, Lindsay proved to be easily reachable, immediately responsive and very knowledgeable. From the moment we began, Lindsay worked very hard for us in helping us find the perfect home for our family. She was able to give us a choice of referrals for other professionals necessary in completing our buy, which was SO helpful, as we were coming from out of state. All the referrals from Lindsay that we connected with were excellent professionals themselves. From past experience and personal knowledge I am aware that Lindsay Jones is not only a consummate professional, she is also dedicated to doing what is in the best interest of her clients. She gets to know you on a personal level and in doing so is able to address your individual needs on a higher level and makes you feel like she also has a personal stake in the outcome. I dealt with C21H on both the purchase and recent sale of my condo, and although "technically" I only worked directly with Lindsay, as someone who runs a busy financial services office, I am fully aware that the person "on the front line" cannot work effectively without an excellent team behind them. It is quite evident to me based on Lindsay's performance that C21H has a very competent team backing her up. As a both a first time buyer and then seller, I had no idea what to expect or what was expected of me. Both times Lindsay assisted me every step of the way, keeping me from being overwhelmed and making both of these normally stressful experiences overall quite positive. To the point that I would love to clone Lindsay and C21H down in Florida where I will be relocating so that I can utilize their services when I am ready to purchase a home down there.
