I couldn't have asked for a better broker. I had a terrible situation and she was with me through it all. She not only was extremely knowledgable in the real estate process, she was attentive to my and my family's needs and did everything in her power to resolve all issues and close the deal. She was diligent, professional and her attention to detail comforted me, knowing she was doing everything in her power to speed things along in a seriously desperate situation. Lindsay had brokered previously for my daughter and did an excellent job. It seemed like a natural selection for me. I felt that she went above and beyond due to the dealing with the buyers who seemed to not understand how the contract worked. She got it done despite the delays caused by the buyers and I would use her again if I were buying or selling in the Ocean County area. Problem with buyers caused delays which were not within Lindsay's control.
