As a Florida native, born and raised in Inverness, I am deeply connected to the community I serve. I'm a proud mother of two amazing teenagers-one in college and the other in high school. With a heart for serving others, a love for architecture and design, combined with a natural ability for sales and connecting with people, I've become a growing leader in the real estate market. I'm determined to bring my passion for helping others to the real estate frontier, where I help clients find their dream homes or guide them through the process of selling. Seller reviewshe did a very good job! Lindsey had always a prompt answer to our questions and we had to use "Whats app" a lot, because we were most of the time in Holland. The communication was very good and Lindsey always contacted us when she had to contact the other broker.

Buyer reviewI initially saw the property on-line while still in NY. My niece was a classmate of Lindsey and my sister introduced us. Lindsey was professional from the start and lined up showings for the next day. After 3 visits, I decided which property I was interested in and discussed my thoughts with her. Consequently, we made an offer and then a counter offer that was accepted. I was and am happy with the way Lindsey helped me. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Buyer reviewLast February, the day after the Daytona 500, my spouse and I walked into Morton Real Estate office at an appointed time to meet with a realtor we had been emailing and talking to for over a week. My wife had requested that we be able to view several properties that day beginning at 8:30 a.m. Well, the realtor had "office duty" until noon and did not have any showings set up. Upon seeing our disappointment and hearing our time constraints again, he called Lindsey in to help us. From that point on, we have been thoroughly pleased with our experience in buying our new home. Lindsey stayed in contact with us from last February until we purchased a home last week. Lindsey sent us house listings(via email) that matched our wants and needs as well as making phone calls to our home in Maine. Lindsey has always answered our many questions and has worked diligently to provide us with documents and information that streamlined our purchase.
