Linnea was extremely helpful. She helped negotiate a deal with another broker that was "Virtual" no office, no structure, extremely unwilling to negotiate. Juke (the other agent) would not return phone calls, emails, was rude and several time he offered to send a termination document. Linnea was very helpful in navigating all of this. Because of her performance, I just listed 3 additional properties (Eagle Rock Lots) and referred my son who wants to sell his $500,000 Eagle rock home.

From the moment that we decided to sell our PA home and move to TN, Linnea Delfine was working to make it happen!!!! While in PA for the first few weeks we were an active participant in all showings, etc. But once we left for our new home it TN, it was somwhat intimidating but Linnea Delfine stepped up and made the process a stress-free experience. Linnea kept us informed through the showings, inspections, necessary work, paperwork and closing. What could have been a rather scary transaction, turned out to be a wonderful experience - thanks to Linnea Delfine.
