Buyer reviewI have called other real estate companies and agents in the past and they wouldn't even return phone calls. I wondered how people in real estate do any business at all. I saw a sign on a property I was interested in and had my friend call Linnea. Immediately Linnea was accessible and answered questions about the home and offered to set up a time to look at the house. Linnea was always accessible and respond quickly with any questions I had at all. Linnea made the sale of this house possible and me a homeowner. I recommended her to my new neighbor and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Linnea is the most professional, polite, timely, and a great negotiator. I could go on and on but if you want someone that will help make a purchase or sale work for you then use Linnea as your Realtor.

Buyer reviewLinnea went the extra mile to find me the house at the price I wanted. Communication important and sometimes I have trouble communicating with people. Ethical and Integrity of utmost importance. Also I need to trust my agent is telling me the truth. Alot of other agents did not tell the truth and were greedy for money. Linnea was concerned about making me happy and finding the home I wanted and I did have definite specifications. The other broker who had the listing did not make life easy for me and Linnea. Getting the homeowners to do the work necessary was a bit of a struggle because of the listing agent. Did not get the correct information at times and professionalism was lacking on the part of the listing agent not Linnea. We pulled through thanks to Linneas determination and fortitude, We also had the help of Maggie the broker of Century 21 who came to our aid. I can stress how proper communication is very important. The listing agent kept pushing for $2000 more and at one point Linnea and I did not like that game. All agents need to know when to stop pushing for more money and be more ethical.

Seller reviewI was with her for four years and she helped me all the way to sell my property and spoke on my behalf to the so called bank. She gather some people to help her to research some information about my property and Finally we sold it and its out of my hair. She even travel to NJ to visit me with paperwork the first time. She was like other mother to me thank you Linnea keep up the awesome job!!!!
