Seller reviewLinwood was our very first realtor on our very first home purchase. He made that experience as if home buying was as easy as brushing your own teeth. We owned that house for ten years and I cannot think of one year that we never heard from him. He checked up on us every year and was always so accommodating. Because of that I put all my faith in him in selling the house. He sold it in less than 30 days and again he made it as simple as brushing ones own teeth. He is more than a realtor, he is a friend.
