Seller reviewIf you were to tell me at the beginning of the year I would sell 2 houses in 8 months I would've laughed. But due to the extent of Mr. Stalls knowledge, easy accessibility and drive, he made this happen. I am beyond thrilled with the experience I had with Mr. Stalls and would highly highly recommend him to friends and to those who are looking for an excellent realtor. After working with Mr. Stalls for 8 months, it's almost a sad feeling to have to say goodbye to a great realtor and friend.

Buyer reviewI was originally looking at a rental property, don't remember if it was Zillow or which site, but a conversation or two into my contact with Mr. Stalls and I checked into getting preapproval for a purchase. I came down on Thursday, met with Mr. Stalls on Friday to tour houses and had a signed offer the same afternoon. I ran into an issue with the earnest money check being electronically deposited- I couldn't get a photocopy of the front and back of the check before closing date for the mortgage company. Mr. Stalls tracked it down and got a copy to the mortgage company. Mr. Stalls has been polite, professional and helpful every step of the way.
