Seller reviewI can say Linzey made what would normally be a stressful and dreaded part of life, tolerable and as smooth a process as possible! We have a real estate agent/contractor who we've used in the past and is currently building our new home that we had planned to use. Linzey made a post on social media searching for a home in our area. I responded to Linzey's initial post and although our property wasn't ideal for the person she was assisting at that time, she immediately mentioned another buyer she had that might be interested. This was ideal for our situation. We were hoping for a very quick sale and possibly not even having to list our home and Linzey did everything in her power to make that a reality. There were some setbacks with the sale of our home due to an investor financing multiple properties in the area along with the purchase of our home. Linzey kept us informed and stayed on top of what was happening every step of the way. We appreciate all of her hard work!
