Seller reviewTreading through the selling market with USDA was something I was unsure of. Linzey was quick with knowledge and accessible throughout the process and continued learning and understanding with me instead of waiting for me to figure out what was going on. Together we worked about 60 hours and got the property sold with little money and made enough of an impact the new home owners were absolutely delighted!

The entire selling process was as easy as it could be and Linzey had an offer on our home in less than 3 days! Linzey kept in touch throughout the entire process. She goes above and beyond. She was even over at our property on closing day helping us move and even helped scrub the bathroom! I'm unaware of many realtors that will do what Linzey does and I know she will take care of all her clients as well as she took care of us. We will use Linzey for all of our (hopefully distant) future house buying/selling endeavors!
