Seller reviewAfter interviewing two other brokers we felt the most comfortable with Lisa. She was there for us every step of the way. After selling our house in one day, Lisa was available 24/7 via text phone or email and was in constant contact regarding the sale. She was very supportive and even recommended an attorney and movers who were wonderful! We couldn't have gone through this process without her. I can't sing her praises enough! Not only was she our broker but now we consider her our friend!

Seller reviewAs the queen of the second guessers, there wasn't one moment during the past months that I second guessed my choice of Lisa Rosenblatt as our agent. Besides her moral support while I emptied and prepared my childhood home for sale, Lisa's practical suggestions and referrals were flawless. From painter to expediter to termite inspector to attorney - all were terrific. What else did I appreciate? She never once used the dreaded word "staging", but instead treated our home as a real home that just needed some sprucing up for sale - if I had disagreed with her thoughts (which I didn't; all were quite reasonable), I have no doubt that she would have respected my wishes. Lisa gave positive feedback along the way, without any nudging or rushing. If there had been, we may have had to part ways...but instead I was pleased to have her see everything through from sign up to sign down! One more appreciation...Lisa was always reachable - phone, e-mail, text - never once was I left hanging with an unanswered question or concern. It's pretty amazing how she manages this, since when you're with her, her attention is always on you - she's not taking other calls or texting other clients! I also never felt burdened with unnecessary details, allowing me to concentrate on all the tasks at hand. Would I recommend Lisa? Without any reservation whatsoever!!

Buyer reviewI am here to sing the praises of my broker Lisa Rosenblatt! We received four offers for our house after one open house! Lisa was available 24/7 either by text/phone or email. She kept me abreast of what was going on and made sure we took care of everything on our end! She encouraged us to start packing...recommended other services and helped us find our new house. With all the stress of packing and moving Lisa made the whole process as easy as possible. She coordinated our closings and moving and made it all happen! I can't imagine any other broker putting in as much effort and attention to their clients as Lisa does. I don't think I could have done this without her! Lisa is no longer my broker now she is my friend!

Seller reviewLisa is outstanding regarding all attributes above. She was very easy to work with and kept in timely communication with me which was critical since I live out of state. Lisa recommended a real estate lawyer and estate lawyers, both of whom were extremely helpful. Since we had a somewhat drawn out process with a will going through probate, Lisa's patience and support was much needed. She was calm and steady through all the glitches we encountered. She kept the buyers willing to wait till the legal aspects were resolved. She is personable and understanding. Those characteristics along with her years of experience in the field make her oustanding in working with people through the sometimes emotional and trying experience of selling a home. We were happy to work with her and would heartily recommend her to others

Buyer reviewWhenever I spoke to someone about buying a house they looked like they sympathized for me. I guess thy had a difficult experience with their house buying process but not me! Thanks to Lisa, my house buying process was a breeze. Lisa emailed houses in our price range with our detail requests. She promptly scheduled showings and was very knowledgeable about each house. When it was time to put an offer in for the house we loved, we felt no pressure to offer more than we were planning. Lisa wrote a beautiful letter to the listing agent with our offer to make us look even better. Lisa recommended a very helpful attorney which was great since I didn't know any. Lisa was also able to recommend someone to do the home inspection. Everything was always already taken care of giving me less work which I appreciated. Lisa always gave helpful advice like, no big purchases during this process or our credit will go down, if you love a house try not to show too much excitement...we also got friendly reminders to call this person or that person. Everything moved along quickly and smoothly. What I appreciated the most was Lisa always available to answer questions. No matter what day or what time it was, I heard back from Lisa well within just a few hours. Usually within the hour. I will be recommending Lisa to anyone who tells me they're looking to buy.
