Seller reviewFirst of all, Lisa handled both selling our house and buying a condo at the same time. It was key to time selling our house and buying the condo right afterwards. Our closing on the condo is tomorrow. We sold the house about 4 days ago. PERFECT. We also needed to get COs on our house. Her suggestions and resources got the job done. We got 3 COs and 2 Plumbing CofApproval. She got involved when necessary like it was her responsibility. Her support was outstanding. She guided us in the right direction on many aspects: examples: Pricing; Offers; decorating; responding to issues; etc.

Buyer reviewLisa was excellent from beginning to end. She was available anytime, day or night, via email, phone, and/or text. She made an effort to speak with us on a daily basis, when possible. Lisa built a rapport with us for 2 years, before we even started actively looking for a house. We definitely built a strong relationship, that surpasses that of client/agent, she has truly become a lifelong friend. Overall, her support truly made a difference, as we embarked on this journey.
