In this crazy market, we were weary about what we would end up with, and the likelihood of us settling felt like a very real possibility--however, she helped us find and solidify just what we were looking for. We certainly didn't feel like we were settling, and with our offer up against many others, it was so nice to have an experienced broker like Lisa to help our offer through the selection process. With her help, we put in an offer on the first house I saw and when I finally saw it in person it was as beautiful as she said it was. She saved me so much stress and walked me through the process effortlessly. Lisa is by far the best realtor I have ever come across. She is such a friendly and reliable person. Her experience and guidance proved to be very valuable in the difficult process of negotiation, financing and final details of closing on my home. Lisa even received a thank you from the couple selling me my home. they felt they could not get answers from their agent, but Lisa responded to their questions right away. I think they had wished Lisa was also their agent. Lisa was very helpful for me from start to finish.
