Seller reviewThe sale of this property was by a court appointed guardian. Lisa and the attorney with whom we were working were recommended by the owner's guardian ad litem. As the guardian, I wanted someone who was familiar with this type of sale. This property had issues due to the declining health of the owner. Our goal was to have the house sold before winter. No bids were received for several weeks despite Lisa's best efforts. As the court had control over the amount of money that could be spent to address the problems of the home, Lisa reached out to her contacts and was able to secure a reasonable bid. Closing quickly followed once the bid was accepted by the court. The court appointed my daughter and I guardians even though we do not live in Appleton WI. Both of us live in St. Louis, MO which is 450 miles away. We needed someone who could be represent us in Appleton and who would keep the best interests of the owner at heart. Lisa helped us in every way that she could going above and beyond throughout the entire process. The sale of this house was unique and would not have happened without Lisa's expertise. I can not thank her enough for all that she did from beginning to end.
