Seller reviewHad not dealt with Lisa before. Had received mailing from her about her sales in the area. My neighbor had used her services and was pleased. We found her very professional and capable. Granted it's a hot market but Lisa handling of the showings and offers made was very efficient and helped us make a quick sale.

Seller reviewLisa got us a selling price $10,000 above our asking price, and apprx, $90,000 more than the property would have sold less than 12 months ago. She took care of everything except for arranging the township inspection. The paperwork was also painless. And my wife and I are very grateful with the precautions she took with perspective buyers and their agents in this COVID pandemic.
