Seller reviewThis is the 5th (out of 7) investment properties that we have sold using Lisa Kapp as our realtor. I can honestly say she never ceases to amaze me. She is dedicated to her clients in getting them the best possible outcome. She constantly keeps us in the loop, lets us know her opinions and thoughts, while emphasizing it is our decision choice in the end. We have come to rely on her expertise, calmness and sense of fairness thru the process, as well as her sense of humor. We honestly can't say enough good things about her. We would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing any kind of property. She really is the best.
