Seller reviewThis is the 4th investment property that we have sold with Lisa. over the past 2 years. While this sale was relatively easy compared to the previous 3, Lisa does her homework on the property up front and because of this the property sold within 2 hours of listing! She is very considerate of the tenant's feelings and will go out of her way to accommodate them and make them feel at ease with the selling process. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, through and such a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to selling the last 3 properties with her!

She is always available to listen, help, offer her unbiased opinion and we have come to rely on her "devil's advocate" stance. Often in the middle of the sale, when tenants are involved, issues can become more complicated. Lisa has the ability to take everything in stride and effortlessly handles the issues until a resolution that is agreeable to all parties is reached. Her caring and compassion for the client is evident when at the 11th hour we were going to pull out of the deal (due to neighbors and tenants causing problems), and she was happy to go along with it if that was our decision. She honestly only cares about her client's happiness. We are blessed to be working with such a wonderful person as our Broker.
