Seller reviewLisa went above and beyond in every aspect of this deal. This sale was not an easy one, but we never felt the stresses of it thanks to Lisa. She handled everything exceptionally well. We would not consider dealing with any other agent besides her, she is definitely the best in the area. We loved stopping in and dealing with Mary in the office. She is very sweet and a great addition to the staff.

I know that's not the norm and some luck played into the quick sale but, I feel the photos and marketing of my house made it a quick sale.Everyone thinks their house is beautiful,decorated perfectly,and so on. Lisa had a few tips to show our house in its best light,she was helpful in every step. Lisa kept me up to date on every aspect of the sale,I never felt like I was out of the loop. I would say to everyone reading this contact Lisa!! No one will work harder for you,shes so knowledgeable about all aspects of the market.I have recommended Lisa to friends and sing her praises to anyone who mentions they are house hunting.

She was patient showing me houses she already knew were wrong for me,alerting me to homes that would fit the bill.There wasn't a question that I, my daughter or fiancé had that she couldn't answer.She seems to know everything about the local market,construction methods and what changes to a structure could cost.Lisa was always very professional but she was friendly,funny and very genuine. This is the second home I purchased from Lisa Kuhl, I would never consider any other agent. I don't think of Lisa as just my agent I consider her a friend!! To anyone looking to purchase or sell a home I honesty and whole heartedly say you must call Lisa Kuhl.
