I've known Lisa for years. I wanted to work with a local realtor that I knew I could trust. This was our first time buying a home. She was very helpful with all of the steps. She treated us like VIP's even though we were not sure if we would be able to get financing. I work nights, and I sleep during the day. She was willing to answer my questions at really any time that I messaged her. Very responsive to questions, very helpful for first time buyers, treated us like VIP's, made sure that we understood every aspect of the purchase. She was also very helpful with making sure that we were getting the most bang for our buck. She wasn't trying to pressure us into purchasing a house that we didn't want/need. What else could you need? I hope we never have to buy another house, but if we do, we will definitely contact Lisa Kuhl for help.
