She was knowledgeable of the area, local comps, schools, etc. She was always quick to respond to our many questions and concerns. If she did not know the answer she worked until she found the answer. Sometimes this included several phone calls to the seller's agent or other local professionals. Overall a great experience I would recommend her to everyone.

Buyer reviewWhen selecting Lisa I had gone through two other real estate agents and was not satisfied with their communication and effort, Lisa put forth a great effort in helping us find a great home. Lisa did a great job at negotiating prices and terms, she showed me a house I had thought was outside of my price range after speaking to a former realtor, but she was able to work with me to negotiate price to make it affordable for me. She had a great knowledge of the area, and showed me several potential houses. She paid great attention to detail with the financial and contracts as well, and attended all inspections. Very approachable, fast response times as well.
