She helped us through the grieving process by providing a calm, steady, helpful real estate service. Lisa helped vet the agent to sell the contents, worked us through the opaque and unnecessary Laguna Woods board issues, got permits as needed, advised on needed repairs prior to showing, had capable and reasonably priced contractor suggestions, monitored the contract work (we are not local), kept an eye on the property, and on top of all that ran a good and clear real estate transaction.
