I have found both to be knowledgeable on local requirements of the homeowners association and all aspects of real estate. Lisa priced the property correctly, more than one offer was received and it was promptly sold. However, there were complications in closing the sale, mostly due to homeowners association rules. Lisa was proactive in not only determining problems but finding solutions. Lisa followed through each dilema to completion. She was always available and patient with all of my questions. I would definetly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling property.
